If, unfortunately, you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer care team at info@desistor4u.com. Should you request cancellation before your food items have been dispatched, we will initiate a refund after deducting a TDR (Transaction Discount Rate) charge of 3%. However, once the order has been dispatched (i.e., handed over to the delivery agent), we regret that we will be unable to accommodate any cancellation requests. Given the specialized nature of our food products, any loss of shelf life or transit damage renders them unsuitable for reuse or resale; thus, we cannot accept cancellations or returns of shipments. Refunds for valid cancellation requests will be processed using the same payment method used for the order, within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.In cases where we suspect fraudulent transactions or transactions that violate the terms and conditions of website usage, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel such orders. We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and may deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
