Cross-border shipments to countries such as Canada may be subject to customs duties, and Desistor4u cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred during customs clearance or delays arising from it. Customers are responsible for bearing these charges.

Desistor4u will not be liable for shipments held for reasons beyond our control, including actions by government agencies, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.

In the event of shipment damage due solely to Desistor4u's error, a refund will be issued within 30 days.

Claim conditions: Complaints must be submitted via email within 72 hours from the shipment delivery date, accompanied by proof.

Transaction fees will be deducted for all canceled orders.

All disputes are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction only.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Desistor4u regarding the Desistor4u sites/services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the user and Desistor4u regarding the Desistor4u sites/services.

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the websites and their content (including, but not limited to, the website's design, text, graphics, and all software and source codes associated with the websites) are owned by or licensed to Desistor4u. By accessing the websites, you agree to access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold, or distributed without the prior consent of the copyright holder.
